Eligibility and website use
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. You agree to provide accurate account, billing, and shipping information and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to this website.
Products and availability
PosterJar products are made to order. Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and normal printing variations. We may change or discontinue products, options, prices, or availability at any time.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout. Submission of an order is an offer to purchase. PosterJar may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable products, payment problems, or other reasonable circumstances. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Production, shipping, and cancellations
Orders are produced by a professional print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Because production can begin quickly, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed. Please review our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returns, refunds, and order problems
Made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged for buyer’s remorse, a change of mind, or an incorrectly selected option. Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or confirmed lost orders may qualify for replacement or refund when reported within the time and with the evidence described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Intellectual property
The PosterJar name, branding, website design, product artwork, photographs, text, and other site content are owned by PosterJar or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
Third-party services
PosterJar uses third-party providers for payment processing, website operation, production, and shipping. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. PosterJar is not responsible for interruptions or delays caused by services outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. PosterJar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. PosterJar’s total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
